Treif Caseus

The dicing and strip cutting machine CASEUS has been designed down to the last detail with the requirements of cheese cutting in mind. The machine is loaded in a cost effective and time-saving way using the conveyor belt with hopper. The block fixing in the hopper prevents that the product get stucked during loading.

The precision counter-cutting edge guarantees first-class cutting quality. The creation of cubes that are too small or even of scraps is prevented by the continuous laser supported cutting technology. With regard to hygiene conditions, the dicer is also entirely suited to the salient features of cheese cutting. Product waste is automatically discharged. The hygienic cylinder seperates the technical inside chamber from the food area.

If you want packing units of a prescribed weight, CASEUS can be equipped with scale. With the CASEUS, up to 2,7 tons or 5,952 lbs of cheese can be cut in one hour.
