Sirman Galileo 350 Slicer

The Sirman Galileo 350 is a 14" Heavy Duty full size deli slicer designed for Supermarkets, Delis, High Street Butchers and Packing Houses.

With its Italian design the slicer has a low profile body, sanitary polished and anodized aluminum construction including the handles, knobs, thickness dial, built-in sharpener and feet which adds a tremendous value in terms of durability and performance.

The unit breaks down fast and easy for cleaning. It has a wide gap between the blade and motor, carriage system and gauge plate interlock allowing for thorough cleaning and protection as there is zero blade exposure. It is virtually waterproof and has a sealed waterproof On/Off switch!

The dial thickness cam system delivers perfect and consistent slices up to 1-1/15".
